Date is flexible, needs to be done between 26 september and 7 October Wall removal has been done (additional wall removal planned in next few weeks) leaving plastering required. Gyprock required for first wall can be seen in photo. Additional wall being removed will be parallel to kitchen and require gyprock. Wall will be similar as existing (half wall, qyprocked). Cornice will need continuing. Door frame will be removed and require gyprock. Looking for someone to render a wall for preparation to tile mosaic. The villaboard wall is 2.4x2.7 height and 15mm out off plumb. The wall need to be flat and plumb after render.

Need to cut the tarp at the top and remove along with bottom weight pole. 2400mm ladder available onsite. Need it done asap.

Renovation at Kirrawee, NSW. Old bullnose colourbond roof and gutter awning for veranda was removed due to rust and not correctly installed. House to be painted this week. Need replacement colour bond roof but not as curved as previous bullnose as it blocked out too much light. Prefer more flat. Needs gutter attached to it I’m assuming. Must be installed by a fully insured and licensed trade person with experience. Better to have colourbond that matches new colour scheme. Thanks.

Old colourbond awning that covers the house veranda needs to be removed. Location is Kirrawee. Need tools and ladder. Must be experienced working at heights as it is approx 3meters from ground.
