Looking for a licensed electrician to install a single GPO (power point) under our internal staircase in Waterford, QLD. NBN is upgrading our home to fibre, and the internal NBN connection box will be installed on the wall under the stairs. There is currently no power point nearby, so we need one installed to power the NBN equipment. The location is easily accessible under the stairs (see photo). We’d ideally like the power point installed on the wall adjacent to where the NBN box will be mounted.

Looking for someone experienced in plasterboard/gyprock repairs. I have a hole in an internal plasterboard wall (see attached photos). The job includes: Cut out and repair the damaged plasterboard. Patch, tape, and sand to a smooth finish. Paint the repaired area with a close colour match (doesn't need to be perfect as it's an older house). No structural damage as far as I can tell—just the plasterboard. Please bring all tools and materials. I'd like the repair to be neat and ready to blend in with the existing wall. I've attached photos of both sides of the damaged wall.

Work required: - Tape and set all plasterboard joints and internal corners - Finish the plasterboard ceiling - Prepare the room for waterproofing and floor-to-ceiling tiling The bathroom will be tiled floor to ceiling, so only the joints, corners and ceiling need finishing. Seeking a plasterer to sheet an ensuite. All sheets, screws, top & base coat, tape, corners already sourced and onsite ready to go - previous trade ghosted us. Includes 1 x 3000mmx800mm framed wall, 2 x 2400mmx950mm wall (front and back side) and a little overhead section connecting these two walls together that’s framed, and 1 x 2100mmx1000mm wall (front and back). All areas have been framed, plumbing and electrical done to be accounted for when sheeting.

I need three curtains rails installed in bedrooms, The bedrooms are gyprock on brick/masonry. They should have proper anchors and a level finish. Happy to post pictures if needed.

New passage door installed needs plastering completed so painting can be done.
