We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.

Need a professional to mount a Bunnings pre-made awning (complete with necessary hardware) to the exterior of our patio area (see photo of walled area you’d be mounting to). You will need to supply required tools (e.g. drill, hammer etc) - Due date: Before Friday, 23 December 2022

Looking for a quote to replace balustrade that secures a balcony as well as a patio area above garages - the quote will be need to be broken up into two parts as the fencing will be at different heights and paid by separate entities. Also looking for a third separate quote to replace a boundary fence. Will need to be from a licensed contractor. QUOTE 1, part 1: needs balustrade replaced over balcony fence with new aluminum balustrade- refer to the first photo. QUOTE 1, part 2: needs a balustrade of higher height replaced around the patio area above garages with aluminum fencing - refer to second photo. Balustrade is approx 22 meters QUOTE 2/3: wooden fencing replaced with wooden fencing or aluminum fencing - approx 40 meters. The existing temporary balustrade to be replaced by a professional unit is 5.7M long and separates the upper wall from mini-orb galvanised sheeting on the lower portion of the wall - Due date: Flexible

Large timber verandah deck, needs to be mopped, then decking oil applied. $40/hr Will likely take 3hrs - needs to be done over 2 days to allow it to dry then recoat. Total 6hrs. All materials provided.

Existing awning on a house to be removed, new one to be installed.

You need to remove two metal balustrades. They are solid metal so fairly heavy. One is from a first floor window, the other a second floor window. The lower balustrade could be removed by lowering while attached to the upper level balustrade. The upper level balustrade I'm less sure how to manage. The balustrades do not need to be taken away from the property. Also the paint does not need to be touched up where they are removed from being screwed to the house. Some flexibility on day / time but needs to be done by end of Tuesday this week (9th Feb). I would expect you need strong straps to help with lowering, and two people minimum, to do this job. Care needs to be taken to not damage the windows or side of house. You need to be self sufficient (we won't be assisting).
