Need to adjust height of the bottom steel frame underneath the balustrade on my balcony so my new tiny puppy doesn’t go through it. I had added in this extra piece of framing at the bottom in last year for my old dog but my new puppy is even smaller so it needs to be brought up a little unless you can offer another solution. It will go of length of my balcony which is roughly 3 meters

Looking for an experienced handyman or demo contractor for a small internal strip-out job in Canberra. Scope of works: 1. Stairs & Balustrade Removal • Remove timber balustrade and upper stair structure only • Built-in/base stairs must remain • Remove all timber fixings/protrusions from wall • Leave area flush, safe, and tidy 2. Master Bedroom Wardrobe Removal • Demolish and remove: • Internal shelving • Sliding doors • Door tracks (top + bottom) • Remove and dispose of carpet in wardrobe area IMPORTANT: • There is a heating vent + boxed section → must NOT be removed or damaged 3. Rubbish Removal (Second Bedroom) • Remove all renovation waste shown in photos • Leave ladder behind • Remove electric heaters in garden- they’re in fine condition i believe! Requirements: • All waste must be taken off-site and disposed of • Bring your own tools • Avoid damage to walls/windows When quoting, include: • Total price (all-in) • Availability • Brief experience with similar demo job

Need flooring continued to edge of stairwell as old timber balustrade coming out with new glass going in. This might require a little level or underlay to make level existing floor and I assume some corner edge. Few posts coming out also where flooring will be continued. I have flooring available and on hand. Around 14 lineal metres needs doing.

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

Looking for someone to paint a staircase wall (currently grey, to be painted white) and the balustrades/handrail. Paint will be provided, will need 2-3 coats. One section of the wall is very high, so you’ll need suitable equipment (e.g. ladder or platform) to reach it safely.

One glass panel in my staircase balustrade has cracked and needs replacing. The metal frame is intact — only the glass panel needs to be supplied and installed. Looking for someone experienced with glass or balustrade repairs. The panel appears to be tempered/tinted safety glass. Access is easy and the panel can be measured on site.

Repair or replace either or both of the two timber units, post and or that part of the balustrade - not sure if and what can be fixed or needs replacing altogether. Scott of work is provide advise. Time, effort and tools required for job. Anything need replacing I will reimburse separately. Cheers

I am in need of someone to come and install glass that we have on the front porch of our house. There are 4x spaces: 1 - 2715mm wide 2 - 1640 wide 3 - 1765 wide (this needs to have a gate in it) 4 - 1870 wide We have glass already and spigots to fit. If any extra glass is required we will pay for this separate to the price

Supply and deliver everything to paint (2 coats) my deck balustrade (~6m / 50 odd balusters). Will need a bit of prep inc a bit of bog on the top rail. Use woodland grey for top rail and posts and half strength for balusters. All sides.
