Im looking for a licenced carpenter to replace the entire balcony timber balustrade and gate with a like for like. The existing balustrade is made up of 90mm x 90mm timber posts with timber top and bottom railing and 40mm x 40mm balusters. The dimensions of the deck and photos of the existing balustrade are attached below. I will supply all the timber, I expect the carpenter to supply all tools, nails, screws, glue and other items required to install the balustrade. No painting required.
