Weld balustrade together, currently in three sections and needs to be cut & welded so can be installed on front porch. Welds to be ground back flush at completion.

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

Looking for someone to paint a staircase wall (currently grey, to be painted white) and the balustrades/handrail. Paint will be provided, will need 2-3 coats. One section of the wall is very high, so you’ll need suitable equipment (e.g. ladder or platform) to reach it safely.

Need an experienced person to repair a cracked concrete/cement front porch balustrade / handrail. ISSUE • The top balustrade/handrail section has cracked and separated at a joint. • The balustrade appears to be made of concrete/cement (not timber). • I want the existing section repaired and reinforced so it becomes solid again. • This is an external front porch/stair balustrade, so the repair must be durable and safe. SCOPE OF WORK (REPAIR EXISTING SECTION – NOT FULL REPLACEMENT) • Inspect the cracked section and surrounding balustrade • Check for any movement or looseness • Remove loose or failed patch material if required • Clean and prepare the crack/joint properly • Repair and reinforce the section using suitable exterior masonry/concrete repair methods • Patch and rebuild the shape/profile neatly to match existing structure • Smooth and finish repair area • Repaint repaired area to match existing colour if included • Clean up and remove waste IMPORTANT •I do NOT want a simple cosmetic filler job. • Repair should be durable and suitable for outdoor weather exposure. • Please only respond if you have experience with concrete/cement/render or masonry repairs. I am after a painter to paint balustrade Timbers before I cut and install them. And also paint already installed balustrade, I have already got a coat on the installed Timbers. $45/hr cash 8 hr day

Supply and install 3 x wire balustrades.

4 small welds required to secure the Wrout iron balustrade. Photos attached.

Repair or replace either or both of the two timber units, post and or that part of the balustrade - not sure if and what can be fixed or needs replacing altogether. Scott of work is provide advise. Time, effort and tools required for job. Anything need replacing I will reimburse separately. Cheers

I am in need of someone to come and install glass that we have on the front porch of our house. There are 4x spaces: 1 - 2715mm wide 2 - 1640 wide 3 - 1765 wide (this needs to have a gate in it) 4 - 1870 wide We have glass already and spigots to fit. If any extra glass is required we will pay for this separate to the price

Supply and deliver everything to paint (2 coats) my deck balustrade (~6m / 50 odd balusters). Will need a bit of prep inc a bit of bog on the top rail. Use woodland grey for top rail and posts and half strength for balusters. All sides.

Scrape down and apply two to three if required coats of acrylic lowsheen woodland grey to stairwell, screens and balustrades, no filling just coating, no overspray or drips anywhere else. Ideally nook and cranny roller and brush, materials supplied. Two gates, road side only

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.
