I have a split level home and have a balustrade going down my stairs. I have already scuff sanded and primed the balustrade but have realised this is going to require more skill than I have to make it look nice in the end. I think I have done all of the prep work so should be straight forward for a good painter I hope. It now needs a light sand over the primer and then 2 coats of the top coat which I will supply. I have already masked off as well. I don’t need the stairs painted as they are being carpeted but I need the job done before carpet goes in on 24 April.

Existing fence on top of retaining wall never finished by previous owner, want to replace with wire version. Fence is around 6.5m -7m long including posts , and about 900mm high Have all wire materials , may need one more post, good to go otherwise I think

We’re installing a front yard balustrade and gate and need a steel post installed to support and stabilise the structure. Scope: - Supply and install 1 x steel post - Post size: 100mm x 100mm (dressed smooth) - Install depth: 400–500mm below ground level (concreted in) - Finished height: 1500mm above ground level - Ensure post is level, plumb, and suitable for fixing a balustrade/gate to Notes: - Task includes sourcing materials (post + concrete) - Easy access to the install location

Balustrade supply and install. L shaped porch area one side 4.3 m and other side 1.5m approximately.

1) Come in person to assess the situation properly, or just ask for additional photos if enough. 2) Agree on the exact specs of parts to be used for the job. I can then source them. 3) Do the job: replace the existing handrails, banisters and bottom rails with the new ones. The load-bearing posts are not getting replaced. Total length of handrail to replace: about 5m - same length for the bottom rail.

We are moving house and need someone to please instal some wire for the Balustrade/Deck. We have the wire. All holes are already in the timber, all measure ready to go :) This is quite urgent so would love someone in the next week or so to complete this.

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

One glass panel in my staircase balustrade has cracked and needs replacing. The metal frame is intact — only the glass panel needs to be supplied and installed. Looking for someone experienced with glass or balustrade repairs. The panel appears to be tempered/tinted safety glass. Access is easy and the panel can be measured on site.

I am in need of someone to come and install glass that we have on the front porch of our house. There are 4x spaces: 1 - 2715mm wide 2 - 1640 wide 3 - 1765 wide (this needs to have a gate in it) 4 - 1870 wide We have glass already and spigots to fit.
