Hey, I need paint touch ups on door frames, a small hole patched up, and painted. light wall skimming in places and painting over. Was planning on doing it ourselves but will be out of town and need it down by Monday afternoon. The house is vacant and can meet there to show you, and give a key. Have attached some random pics of missing paint, and the area that needs plastering.

X1 crack appearing on plastic from previous patch job/wallpaper painted over. X1 from a door knob behind door. And x3 areas on a wall from special needs child hitting the wall. Reinforcing may be needed unsure. Plan to put a gym mat to pad the wall and prevent further damage once fixed. I have a spare sheet of plaster board if required and photos of holes requiring patching. Prefer to supply materials to mend as I do not know how much filler and tape needed. Painting not required. Front verandah wood decking needs to be cut and installed on top of the already existing frame which has already been created. I only need the top part cut and installed and the steps to be covered. Decking wood already provided. You provide nails, joints or whatever you need to keep it in place. Area 3.0 x 5.2

Section of wall needs repair due to cracking and there’s a hole in the wall where an air conditioner used to be. I travel for work so pinning a time down when I’m here will be a consideration.

I removed a cabinet from the wall and now need a plasterer to assist with fixing it. Photos included. Some other small cracks I would so like fixed around the house.
