I’m seeking a quote for some residential electrical and data-cabling work at my single-storey townhouse in Page, Belconnen. The required work is: 1. Two Cat6 Ethernet runs from the PoE switch location in my living room • One Cat6 run to a wall-mounted PoE tablet in the living room. • One Cat6 run to a wall-mounted PoE tablet in the main bedroom. At the switch location (in the living room only), I would like the termination with Cat6 sockets and maybe one to two spare positions. 2. Tablet installation I already have the two PoE tablets, recessed metal backboxes and mounting plates. Please quote for: • Installing the two supplied recessed backboxes. • Bringing and terminating the Cat6 cable inside each box. 3. Power point • Install one new double power point on the living-room wall.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

It will need a proper patch so the wall is solid and finished neatly. Ideally the job would include: • installing a plasterboard patch • taping the joints • applying compound • sanding to a smooth finish Basically looking for the wall to be finished paint-ready.
