I need this hole patched (hit it with the car) before rental inspection. I can sand and paint but do not have stuff to patch. About 15x30 cm in garage, so repair only needs to be functional.

Remove and dispose of wooden panelling and plasterboard from inside garage and from garage opening (where roller doors would be).

Replace two power points in the kitchen like the one in the photo below. Power point outlets will be supplied.

Tape and set plaster board ceiling to hallway. it’s including square setting around 2 doorways 820mmx2400mm. Will have cornice finish so no square set to ceilings I have tape and plaster You will need angles for door jamb corners and tools

We need a plasterer to patch holes in ceiling left from moving lights. We also need the finishing done on a doorway we’ve blocked (gyprock/wall already done). And pathing done in a master wardrobe where previous shelving has left damage. Photo of wall provided without gyprock, will get another photo of wall completed with gyprock soon. Urgent as we have a painter start prep work on Friday for a full interior re-paint. Probably 5-6 hours of work all up.

I have to install down lights and putting power points extra

Need an electrician to remove a power point, and relocate tv point and network point to lower position on same wall

The structural pole and above have been sheeted- requires angles and plastering and some repairs to ceiling

It is possible that they are thin metal ones which are apparently common with new apartment builds, but I am not an expert. I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours. We had some water damage to the ceiling after a heavy rain. All the damaged ceiling has been removed. Approximately 6m spare of ceiling to replaced and stopped. The price estimate is just for placement. Price is negotiable.

I'm moving out of my place in Gungahlin and need help with some handyman work. Around 5 small holes / dents in gyprock walls that need to be plastered (not painted). Biggest hole is around 10cm x 2cm and smaller ones are roughly coin sized. Pictures attached. 1 toilet paper holder & 1 towel rack needing installation (already purchased the toilet paper holder & towel rack, just need installation).

I have two power points that have randomly become unstuck. One appears to have just come unstuck from the wall and with the waterproofing bit I can't work out how to put it back in, the switches all work it's just unattached as per the pic. The other one is attached but the button that activated the bathroom fan isn't working, it's like the fan just isn't attached to the button which you can see from the flat button. These are issues in two separate bathrooms for clarity. I also need someone to hang four picture ledges, two sets of two next to each other. Happy if you want to quote just for one of the tasks, I also know it's going to cost more but no idea what so happy for quotes.

Crack is probably 30cm by 20 cm.

Three wall heaters have been removed, I need x3 holes patched. Hole 1 approx 520x320mm Hole 2 approx 520x325mm Holes 3 approx 520x325mm
