I am looking for someone to sand and stain my timber deck (approx 20 square metres) on Thursday 18 Dec.

Hi, Looking for someone to sand and oil my timber deck. Timber is balau and after natural decking oil no stain. Approx 15sqm

Remove carpet in 2 rooms, replace with timber floorboards and skirting around floor. Floorboards will be purchased from bunnings.

existing room is 7m by 3m with existing stained timber flooring, but 3x3m of this is damaged (see photo). I need the damage fixed and colour matched with the rest of the room. I think it needs to be sanded and then stained but let me know what you think. Timing is flexible.
