Looking for a handy person to finish laying interlocking timber flooring in a studio. The job is about half done, but I have injured my back and can no longer kneel and work. The job is easy and ready to go: · Materials are all included: Interlock timber planks and underlay (already installed). · All tools are provided: Mitre saw, rip saw, hammer, and a tapping block. You don't need to bring any heavy equipment. It is a straightforward day job—probably about 4 hours of work depending on your speed.

We several dark water stains on our timber floorboards which need to be repaired as part of an end of lease clean. The stains were caused by water collecting below pot plants and a long mirror.
