Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to manufacture and install a custom timber floor in my **2020 Suzuki Every** in **Marrickville, Sydney**, and would love to get a quote. **Requirements:** * Custom-made timber floor. * Waterproofed/sealed for durability. * Installation completed over a **weekend**. * Floor to be made in **two sections**, connected by a heavy-duty hinge. * One section must lift to provide access to the storage area underneath, while the other section remains securely fixed to the van. * **Four heavy-duty D-rings** securely mounted to the floor as tie-down points. The work will need to be carried out in **Marrickville, NSW**, or I'm happy to bring the van to a nearby workshop if preferred. Timber damaged under the washing machine needs to be replaced. 6boards approximately 500mm in length. I have spare engineered timber board already. Just need someone cut them to size and replace them. Once replaced put skirting board and silicon any gaps

Hi we need a handyman to install engineered timber floor for a 3.9x3.2 study room. Floor boards are ready

Sand and Paint Timber Deck and both privacy screens in courtyard . Deck to be painted a light grey colour and privacy screen a beige crème colour . Privacy Screen approx 2m high. For courtyard dimensions see photos attached .

We removed a cupboard in our hallway and the timber floor underneath needs to be sanded and polished to match the rest of the hallway. The area is very small: 59cm x 117cm

Sand and seal the timber floor in a 16sqm room.

We several dark water stains on our timber floorboards which need to be repaired as part of an end of lease clean. The stains were caused by water collecting below pot plants and a long mirror. In the first instance, we are hopeful, some stains can be repaired without requiring sanding and refinishing. Looking for a professional floor expert to help us with this job.

Need someone to finish this timber flooring in the areas in the photos(including under fridge). Some panels may need to be removed (eg. Where cut on an angle) to allow for a clean finish. I have the flooring panels onsite. The floor that is concrete in photos needs to be levelled with the tiled areas. I have some 9mm boards made from MDF to cater for this. They need to be cut down and fitted before the timber flooring is placed down.

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.
