Hi, I've got 5 lots of book cases with 6 shelves on each of them that need 3 coats of stain applied to each area and two coats of clear. Between each coat the timber needs to be sanded. Also, the whole area needs to be prepared, the screw holes patched, and everything taped so stain doesn't go on the paint. The timber is mostly ply with a hardwood capping. Also, there is a 1.5x1.5 area that needs to be painted cream, the same as the rest of the house. It was just rendered.

Timber decking has a section that started to rot/decay. Looking to replace that part. Please provide your best quote. It’s only the section under the pot plant.

New Spotted gum patio deck in apartment courtyard needs a light sand. Want the first stain colour from about 8 months ago removed. After the sand I can apply a new clear stain. About 15 sqm plus steps total about 19 sqm . Usually have thursdays off work

We have a timber floor that has seen some hard wear post construction. It has glue marks which can be scraped off, plasterboard dust in the grooves and some scratches which need a light sand and some orange oil. Once all the prep is done, the floor needs a vacuum and mop. I have all the consumables and equipment. I just need somebody with lots of elbow grease. I expect the task to take 4 hours and if it takes less time, there are also a few wall marks to clean with sugar soap.

Sand and seal the timber floor in a 16sqm room.

We several dark water stains on our timber floorboards which need to be repaired as part of an end of lease clean. The stains were caused by water collecting below pot plants and a long mirror. In the first instance, we are hopeful, some stains can be repaired without requiring sanding and refinishing. Looking for a professional floor expert to help us with this job.

Need someone to finish this timber flooring in the areas in the photos(including under fridge). Some panels may need to be removed (eg. Where cut on an angle) to allow for a clean finish. I have the flooring panels onsite. The floor that is concrete in photos needs to be levelled with the tiled areas. I have some 9mm boards made from MDF to cater for this. They need to be cut down and fitted before the timber flooring is placed down.

I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.
