Construct screed shower base (1200x1900x30mm) with hub & retile floor, walls over villaboard (you are to collect), and the small area behind the toilet. Total area to retile is approximately 12sqm. Everything provided: Waterproofing materials, screed, tiles, adhesive, epoxy grout, spacers, primer etc. 
I can remove toilet bowl and cistern. Plumbing is not required to be relocated. Flexible deadline. You name a date.
