We have a balcony that needs q tile replaced. They are 1000 x 500 tiles. Also there is a section that needs to be regrouted. Water is getting through and needs to be repaired. The regrouted area would be 6sqm roughly.

Needs tiling of steps at front of house. Currently brick. Total area roughly 3m2. 60x30cm Tiles purchased and ready. Need installation including adhesives, necessary tile cutting etc. Please ignore the $5 budget and quote for the job

Outdoor tiles 1000x500 we have 2 broken tiles need to be replaced. They are on a waterproofed concrete slab. Also some grouting has broken away in the sections needs to be fixed. The removal and replacement of grout will need to be done over around 6sqm.

Approx. 9sqm total. Need to finish tiling laundry, floor has been done.

Our shower tile grout need replacing. We see gaps and there are a couple of small cracks in the tiles near the shower base. We believe moisture is entering the ceiling below. We just need the whole thing regrouted and and potential leak points sealed up. - Due date: Before Thursday, 30th Dec 2021

About 10 - 12 outside tiles require regrouting, with some of these also requiring to be pulled up, ground resurfaced underneath and tiles relayed. Will need to provide own tools and materials. Happy to reimburse material costs. No spare tiles, these tiles are to be reused to relay.

I would like my toilet (2050 x 950) and laundry (1950 x 900) floor retiled - just under 4 square meters floor area in total. Scope includes tiled skirt and 4 to 5 wall tiles as laundry splashback. Preference is for existing tiles to be removed and then lay new tiles. Floor is a concrete slab. House is vacant. The new floor tile to be laid is 450 x 450. I'll provide the tiles and grout. Paint peeling back from tiles which were painted approximately 8 years ago. Paint is cracking in various places and will need to be sanded back and repainted with tile paint. Requires previous tile painting experience.

Liking to regrout Floor tiles and wall tiles (including shower) in bathroom. Floor space is approximately 5.2 x 3.5. Wall space isn’t as large. It’s really only an area above the bath and in the shower. Just looking for approximates so I can see what I can afford to get done.

Hi Phong, wondering if you would be interested to quote a job in Essendon. Small apartment kitchen, floor needs to be leveled where some tiles missing after removing old kitchen. I will either re tile or put down laminate floor (think I read you can install laminate too?) Tiled splash back when kitchen is installed.
