Bad management as my task overlapped with another job without giving us a heads up that they would be arriving late. Once they arrived unfortunately they dropped my washing machine and had an unprofessional conversation about the damage and they demanded to know how much I paid when they should’ve leaned on their insurance provider. Overall experience was OK but could’ve been managed better - Head office needs to train their guys better.
