Find experienced local roofers in Illawarra

We are a business located in Unanderra NSW. We recently moved into this building and have replaced the signage which has made the roof look old and worn. We require someone to match the paint colour and paint the roof. We need someone to paint around our signage that's up but in behind it as close to the brackets as they can.

Replace a rusted corrugated iron panel on an awning. The panel is ~1000 wide 800 deep. Part of the panel is over the interior of the structure so if not replaced correctly will leak into the structures roof.

Vacuum ceiling space in old home. Roof space is approx 70-80sqm. Also looking to insulate the ceiling. Currently no insulation to be removed, however home was built in 1950 so area is quite dirty.

The down pipe at the back of my garage has rusted at the back and is now causing a leak in my garage. The down pipe is concreted into the roof of the garage and is 2 storeys high. The roof of garage is easy to access from the top as it is flat.

Remove broken polycarbonate sheets. Remove shade cloth. Install new metal sheets. Take away rubbish. Small Bungalo. Probably only need 8 sheets 3m long.

Jump on the roof and adjust the roof antenna to help us tune the all the Freeview channels that we lost.

Old sheeting needs to be removed from light steel frame pergola which is fixed to side of house. Current sheets are riveted on. Flexible with new sheeting but needs to have some transparent sheets. Approx 9 meters long. Also needs new guttering and sheets under eves need to be re-fixed before putting the new sheeting.

Small job. Needs someone to fix the down pipe to brick wall. We have the materials but not the equipment or the skill. The pipe just drains the water off the verandah to the ground below

Refit wind blown down pipe dig and fit one plastic stormwater gully and connect to 1 length of drainage gutter! Also stick 1 sq meter of bathrooms tiles!

Replace old iron gutter with aluminium gutter on three sides of a town house including gutter guard.

We have noticed that water starts to run out from under our front verander when it rains. I have been under the house and it appears the water is running from the location of the down pipe, then eroding the dirt and coming out the otherside Needing a plumber to come inspect and repair. We also have a down pipe in our yard needing repair

Replacement of polyurethane roof sheets over rear deck. 6 sheets about 4.5m( +/-) long and 80 + cm wide. Must quote, supply, install and remove. Please see photos attached

Line the verandah inside fixing to existing rafters

I have an air conditioning hose leaking water probab from the steam, however It is in the roof cavity and it’s currently dripping throughout the walls. I have contacted builder but nobody answered so It is only a connection fixing with proper sealing

Get up on my roof with a hose and a mop or broom and clean any dust and dirt off my solar panels.

Small home maintenance jobs include gutter clean, seal leaks on shed-like room, paint fascias, oil timber stairs. Probably could do in a day or two.
