Note: Existing sensor lights (x2) may need to be adjusted to complete 1). Newly moved to this property. Its a two story older house. I've partially cleaned he gutters of the ground level roof but the water stands still in the gutters. Possibly the downpipe is clogged. The first level roof requires inspection and may need cleaning. ( there is no over hanging trees over this roof. but, you'll never know how clean the gutters are before inspecting them).
