Loose gutter repair 6 meters

There’s a small hole in my roof that has started to leak with all the recent rain. Yes I know I need a new roof but that has to wait until spring/summer. I just need a temporary fix to get me through the next few months. House is low to the ground so roof is easily accessible with a ladder. Leak is right near the window pictured so the lower part of the roof.

Need a quote to supply and install spouting and downpipes on a house in Heybridge, Tasmania. The house currently has no spouting or downpipes.

Rodent exclusion + trap setup in roof cavity We've got mice getting into our roof cavity and want them dealt with properly — not just baited so they keep coming back. The job has three parts: Find the entry points — inspect the exterior, roofline, eaves, vents, weep holes, pipe/cable penetrations and roof tiles for any gaps a mouse could get through (they only need about 8mm) Seal them off — close all gaps using steel wool packed into expanding foam, and metal mesh over any vents/openings that can't be fully blocked. Mice chew through foam alone, so steel/mesh is important. Set the traps — access the roof cavity through the internal manhole (note: this is a low Australian-style roof space accessed via a ceiling hatch, not a full walk-in attic, so it's tight and requires care on the joists) and place snap traps along beams and wall lines where mice travel. We supply: snap traps, peanut butter, a ladder, and a head torch. You supply: sealing materials (steel wool, expanding foam, metal mesh), hand tools, and appropriate PPE (gloves, dust mask — roof insulation and dust).Single-storey home in Hadspen, TAS. Please bring your own materials for sealing (let us know if you'd prefer we purchase specific products in advance). Take before/after photos of the entry points found and sealed so we know what was done.
