Old down pipe leaking where it connects to gutter. Planning to replace roof and gutter but need a temporary fix until then.

On my roof there is a vent for an exhaust fan. This vent has a cover which keeps the rain out. The cover blew off in the wind and it needs replacing (I have the cover). I need someone to go up on the roof and put the cover back. My house is single story with tin roof.

About 10 down pipe brackets (mainly over two down pipes, the other 4-5 are fine) have come loose, mainly on the double story part of the house. I’m not great at heights and I need someone to secure down pipe brackets and put in new wall plugs and screws. There are already holes in the bricks.

I noticed black mark at the corner of our living room. Checked the roof and seems like the filler around the drain which gets the rain water to the drain pipe is no good. I put some bitumen paint but want someone who knows better than me to have a look and do a better job. There is no water dripping or the mark hasn’t progressed on the ceiling. Please have a look and let me know what needs to be done and how much you will charge to do it. Thank you

A sheet of cracked laserlite over outdoor area needs to be removed and replaced and also need new sheets added to the empty area as shown in the photos. I also have a 20kg mirror hung (including removing mirror tiles that are currently stuck to the wall where the new mirror will be hung)

I need 5 gables painted - 3 on the main house and 2 on the free-standing garage. If you look at attached images, I just want the red timber strips and steeples sanded and painted. No need to paint the white sections. There are 3 bigger gables on the main house, and 2 smaller gables on the free-standing garage. Also, while you're up on the roof you could give the white underside of one of the gables a clean, as its a bit dirty. And you could also give a small round skylight dome on the roof a clean. I have some paint left over from a previous paint (manor red), and I will supply whatever more is needed
