I suspect I have a roof leak in one particular area of the house and believe it is from a cracked roof tile that is causing mould to appear on the room’s ceiling after heavy rain.

A couple of gutter brackets have rusted off the gutters of my 2nd story. The area is accessible from the balcony at a stretch. Ideally there’s a way to replace the brackets without taking the whole gutter off as would turn into a much bigger job.
