About 10 down pipe brackets (mainly over two down pipes, the other 4-5 are fine) have come loose, mainly on the double story part of the house. I’m not great at heights and I need someone to secure down pipe brackets and put in new wall plugs and screws. There are already holes in the bricks.

I noticed black mark at the corner of our living room. Checked the roof and seems like the filler around the drain which gets the rain water to the drain pipe is no good. I put some bitumen paint but want someone who knows better than me to have a look and do a better job. There is no water dripping or the mark hasn’t progressed on the ceiling.
