I have ~1 broken roof tile on my single-storey home in Gledswood Hills - i dont have spare tile , NSW, that needs to be replaced. The tile is located in the alfresco area (outdoor seating space). I’d like the damaged tile removed, replaced with a matching tile, and the area checked to ensure there are no leaks or water damage.

Hi, Just looking for someone to quickly sort out a small section of my downpipe, check the photo for detailed reference. Only need the bent bit and pipe below / above swapped out, no painting needed we will do this later. Should be a pretty easy fix if you know what you’re doing. Just after a fair price for a 10-20 mins job. If you tell me what parts to grab, I’m happy to get them.

I currently have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 installed. The doorbell was hardwired internally to a mechanical chime (model Arlec DCS13). It's a single story, brick veneer house with a tiled roof. The doorbell previously worked however, the Ring app stated that the voltage being supplied was incorrect and a different transformer was required. The internal chime also constantly buzzed randomly. The transformer and existing wiring runs from the doorbell up through the roof. The doorbell is no longer working since I disconnected the chime cabling. I require the following: 1. Install a GPO in the roof above the front porch where the doorbell is installed. 2. Connect the Ring Plug-In Adapter (supplied) to this GPO and run the cable down through to the doorbell to connect it (I will no longer use the existing cabling with transformer).

Need roof tile repair. Mainly two corners per photos. Any similar tile is fine, doesn't need to match fully. Also there is around 10-15 other tiles that are chipped/need replacement. I don't have any spare tiles so please provide tiles
