On windy days/nights or when wind is in a specific direction, we hear annoying rattling sound from our roof, close to the edge of the building over a bedroom. Gutters have been ruled out as they were checked recently. I have inspected fromcthe roof cavity. Still hearing it from the above proving it is over the roof and not inside. This might be a lose or broken screws. I need this to be checked on a windy day or at least guarantee a second visit to fix after a windy night. Noise comes from the mark3d area in the attached photo. Easy access fromcthe side flat roof.

I have two small roofing jobs that need doing in my yard. Budget is a blind estimate and is flexible. 1. Remove the 2 x polycarb sheets and ridge cap from my outdoor sauna and replace with new corrugated Colourbond roof sheets and matching ridgecap. Roof measures 2300mm square. Timber sauna. 2. Replace section of open timber slats on patio roof with polycarb. Section measures 4900x900mm, total roof approx 4900x2000mm. Hoping it's possible to just replace/cover this section to stop rain and leaves getting in, rather than replace the whole roof.

The wall was damaged when there was a heavy rain and storm. It wasn’t damaged by the storm but it happened when there were continuous rain hitting on the wall and patch just fall off. So need to fix the roof capping and side wall patch.
