Recommendations Supply & apply sealant to left side, top of carport area, gutter to facia board. Supply & apply sealant to all facia joins. Supply & apply sealant to existing aerial. roof valley is rusting at the bottom and needs repaired/replaced

During heavy rain and storms, the circuit breaker trips when the lunchroom power is on. We suspect water penetration. The roof is tiled and easily accessible from the backyard.

Looking for a reliable roofer to repair damaged eaves, ridge caps, gutter valleys, and replace broken tiles at my Greenmount home. Includes re-bedding, pointing, sealing cracks, and cleaning work area. Inspection found damage caused by cracked ridge pointing, broken tiles, and gutter valley issues. Carport ceiling damage is from failed pointing and a broken tile. Rear left eave has sagging timber, causing the gutter to drop and not drain correctly. (Timber doesnt need to be fixed) Front eaves show damage from flattened gutter valley tray lips and a loose aerial fixed in the valley. Scope of works includes removing loose cement from needed ridge caps (house and carport), realigning slipped tiles, and re-bedding ridge caps where required. New flexible pointing to be applied in matching colour. Tiles around valley trays to be removed, valley trays re-lipped, tiles reinstated with stainless steel valley clips, and cracked tiles replaced with matching profile tiles (i have enough to replace these). Existing aerial to be removed from valley and relocated through a tile. Seal cracks in lead flashing and clean all work areas.

Work required on two story tiled roof. I'd like someone that has professional experience with tiled roofs please. Must have own equipment, ladders, tools etc. The job: 1. There are two small areas where several tiles have sagged or slipped (photo 6 & 7). I'd like to lift that area and relay; and check there is no underlying issue. It's a small section of roof (3x1). 2. There is a small section of flashing where the tiles are on-top of the flashing (photo 2) 3. There are three large areas of old black tubing and PVC piping, from a deprecated pool heating system, that needs removing (photo 1, 4 & 5) 4. Old Foxtel dish and TV aerial needs removing (photo 3) 5. Finally , I'd like an inspection of roof to check for other issues or leaks (photo 1) I'd say there is a full day's work here, please quote for 8 hours, if you finish it quicker I'll pay for the full 8 hours. Rubbish disposal optional, please specify in quote. Note: I'm having the gutters replaced in the new year, and would like this addressing before Xmas (between 22-24 of December) PS. I've a neighbour looking for similar work if all goes well.

Roof is currently experiencing water ingress during windy rain due to deteriorated gable ends and barge boards. This task is to complete a professional inspection and provide a quote which will ensure the scope prevents any future leaks in the roof. What I had as previous scope details for reference only if helpful: - Close in two gable ends (east and west) using weather-proof cladding. - Install new flashing at the gable-to-tile junctions, installed under lifted tiles with correct lap (no surface-mounting). - Seal all new cladding joints, edges, fixings and penetrations with exterior-grade polyurethane. - Paint the gable face/barge/fascia after the work – plain white colour. - Re-seal and paint barge boards/fascias. - Chimney: clean and reseal flashing/penetrations, including lifting tiles to inspect the under-tile soakers/back-tray; quote separately if re-flash is required. - Install 2 whirly-birds on the tiled roof to provide ventilation, including proper flashing and seal around base. Property is rented so I'll help to coordinate with property manager for access (internal & roof). Conditions I'll need please: - You have your own public liability insurance. - I need a tax invoice on completion. - Work must cause no damage to existing roof tiles. - Before and after photos required please. I am open to other ideas or methods to achieve the same result - refer to attached photos.

I need someone to repair a damaged section under my roof eaves (soffit area). A panel has come loose and fallen off, leaving the timber and roofing exposed, as shown in the photos. Job details: • Reattach or replace the broken soffit panel • Check for any structural issues around the exposed section • Make sure the area is sealed and finished properly
