Roof leak above front entry due to poorly installed flashing and cracked pointing. Need flashing reinstalled properly and affected sections repointed with flexible compound.

The Roof needs minor repair and refurb. Rescrew, seal gaps. We've noticed some water coming inside. It's a single storey flat roof. It has multiple small panels - cause back in the day they didn't do long panels. The sheets where overlaying each other have gaps that need to be closed. The total roof size is about 140sq meters. You will be expected to have all materials and tools required. The work needs to be done professionally and should come with warranty.

1. Roof Inspection • Check all tiles and ridge capping for damage • Identify areas needing re-bedding and/or repointing 2. Re-bedding & Re-pointing • Re-bed ridge capping where mortar is deteriorated • Re-point all ridge capping with flexible compound 3. Tile Repairs • Replace any cracked or broken tiles • Match tile type and color as closely as possible 4. Roof Cleaning • Thoroughly clean entire roof (~97 m²) • Remove moss, lichen, and dirt buildup 5. Roof Sealing (Sealer Supplied by Us) • Apply 1 x primer coat and 2 x sealant coats to the cleaned roof

Fix roof leak (see photo). I can hear the sound of leak when am at the room. If tile needs to be replaced. I have spare available.

I'm looking to get some old concrete ridge/hip tiles rebedded/repointed. This is in advance of works needed to clean and paint the roof. Please see the following images, but you would also probably need to make an assessment once here about any further rebedding/repointing that would need to be done.

Roof is tiled with clay tiles, and I’ve noticed water stains on the walls and near the skirting boards. The leakage seems to be coming through the roof. Had a branch come down on powerlines than pulled down side face of roof and 4-5 tiles tops. Small repairs - need ASAP. Have some spare tiles and will get spares if you don’t have.
