Hi, I’m looking for an experienced professional to fix leaks and thoroughly clean the roof gutters on my double-storey house. Scope of Work - Inspect roof gutters and downpipes - Fix gutter leaks - Reseal joints / replace damaged sections if required (please advise) - Full gutter cleaning (remove leaves, debris, blockages) - Ensure proper water flow after completion - Small fix on window fram with glue

I have a Golf GTI mark 6,2010. The sunroof opens but doesnt close properly . It closes flat ways but the tilt mechanism seems stuck and won't allow the glass to flatten down so that the sunroof can fully close. Mechanic has checked it and told me that it needs a part that he can't get due to the parts companies wanting to sell him a full unit that it doesn't need. I'm located in Point Cook. I have a fully closed garage to use if required for the repair.
