Find a roof repair professional in Gold Coast

Recent inspection showed about 12 tiles need replacement. Also a bit of roof and gutters cleaning is required. Tiles are flat type. See the photos which show the type of tiles required.

I require a licensed roofer to replace the tiled roof flashing in one section only. Also need to upgrade roof drainage in that section and reposition spreader pipe away from flashing. Quotes are welcomed.

Have a few cracked tiles have tried to repair them from inside roof but can’t access really need to get up on roof to do repair. Understanding this will be a temporary repair prior to insurance claim just want it water tight. Price is unknown as it’s probably 5 small holes max and I’m negotiable.

I currently have a cyclone damage claim in with my insurer, but unfortunately, they’ve assessed the issue as maintenance-related and advised it’s not covered under my policy. They arranged for Roof Pro QLD to inspect the property, and I’ve got their detailed report outlining the required works. Roof Pro have provided an estimate but are unable to carry out the repairs at this stage. Work required: New ridge requires installation and scribed to corrugations. Prior to new ridge being installed, weathering of sheets needs to be addressed. Compliant barges need to be installed addressing no turn down to roof sheet. Sheet laps to be screwed down to one sheet. Penetrations need top be sealed to the ridge as a minimum although preference is to install drypan flashings. I’m hoping to get the work done as soon as possible, so if you’re available, please let me know. I’m happy to arrange a site inspection if needed.

Various roof repairs: broken tiles, general repairs (not big but a few - old tiled roof)

As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached. Please note that the roof is still water-tight and there’s no leaking. I will need a report following this job to say that the repairs have been completed by a qualified roofing professional with images, for sale purposes.
