we believe there is a crack in a downpipe on the second floor of our house which created the leak, and which has in turn brought down part of the garage ceiling. We are seeking a tradesperson who can fix the leak. (We have already hired someone for the the ceiling repair)

I’m looking for someone experienced with guttering or handyman work to help install a Colorbond downpipe at my property in Helensvale. I already have: • 2 x 2.4m lengths of 100x75mm Colorbond downpipe. What I need: • Someone to cut, shape, and create a custom offset using the supplied downpipe. • Install the downpipe from the existing gutter outlet down to the ground-level drain (as shown in the photo). • Supply and install any small additional materials needed (clips, rivets, sealant, etc.). The downpipe will need to run neatly along the post to the existing drain. Offering $300 (including any minor extra materials required) Flexible with timing - ideally on a weekend Would suit a roof plumber, handyman, or someone confident working with metal downpipe installation. There is a small water leak issue in the bathroom of my unit in Coolangatta QLD and after bringing a plumber in, they found that the issue is due to the tiles around the floor waste and that these need to be repaired or replaced by a tiler/waterproofer. URGENT. Need some insulation moved into my ceiling via Manhole before house inspection this afternoon. I would do it myself, but have a newborn. Est. 45-60 minutes work if that. In a recent storm, the roof sprung a leak. We had the roof fixed but now need the plastering on the roof tidied up. Should just be a simple cut and patch of plaster. It’s only a small area (less than 0.5 square meters, if that)

As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached. Please note that the roof is still water-tight and there’s no leaking. I will need a report following this job to say that the repairs have been completed by a qualified roofing professional with images, for sale purposes. Flexible on timing but needs to be completed by 23rd May.
