I need gutter cleaning completed in mount Eliza. It is a single story house, however the backyard slopes and the gutters are about 4-4.5 meters from roof to ground. A standard single story ladder won’t cut it for this job, there will need to be an extension ladder that would be long enough to complete a double story roof. Distance from roof to gutter is a bit more manageable at the front (less than 3 meters from ground) Need gutter waste disposed of also. My house had Gutter Guard installed before I purchased it. I find that the gutters are still filling up and gutter clean is not possible without temporarily removing the guard. So I would like to permanently remove it. This task is to remove the Gutter Guard and then seal the holes that are left behind with the appropriate kind of sealant. The house is single storey except for a bedroom/en suite that are on top. The gutters on the single story are quite high at points so if you were doing this from a ladder (as opposed to from the roof), you’d need a 5m ladder to reach. Photos of house attached.
