I have the following supplied: - 1 pack 65mm timber hex head screws with seals - 5 x roof sheets 4000mm long - 1x impact driver with suitable but You Will Need: - Ladder - Angle grinder or suitable sheet metal cutter - Gloves The sheets need to be cut down to 3700mm and installed on the patio frame with suitable overlap and caulking to gutter to prevent leakage. It would be amazing if it could be done today.

The gutter on front house needs realignment, water is ponding on a corner and is not draining properly. The part on the right hand corner in the photo needs to be realigned so that it drains in the pipe on the left hand side of the photo.

Double Garage - Need to insulate the roof and Door if possible

Moved into house 1 week ago. Started hearing scratching noises late at night/early in the day. Sometimes the occassional small thump as well. Got my regular pest control guy to climb through the manhole to take a quick look. He found and showed me what appeared to be "rat droppings" claiming I have roof rats somewhere in my roof cavity. 2 days ago he placed baits around the manhole cover where the droppings were discovered. Since then the scratching noises have actually become worse instead of better. As my usual pest control guy is more of a mate and runs a 1 man band, I am unsure whether he possesses the right tools to be able to physically exclude rats from entering the roof cavity somehow. When I asked him about this, he claims the baits will dehydrate the rats who will quickly leave the roof cavity in search of a water source and will quickly die off outside. Upon reading in forums, it seems I need to employ a specialist to come to the house and locate and seal any "openings" as to completely exclude any further roof rats from entering my property. This is the exact type of service I require from a professional pest control company to "locate" any openings and seal them with copper mesh/whatever materials so the existing roof rats are isolated in the roof cavity and can be eliminated swiftly without further rats re-entering my roof.

This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.
