We have a shed with a metal roof that seems to be leaking. Just bought the place so don't know much about it, but the large shed we are going to use as an office had a big puddle on the floor after it rained. Need to get it fixed as soon as possible as we're moving in tomorrow and want to clean it up to put our desks in.

Rainwater is entering through tiled roof and bedroom ceiling due to 2 or 3 damaged or moved roof tiles.

My roof is leaking. I have a leak in my ensuite bathroom coming through my light and also my bedroom coming through my fan.

Following a lightening thunderstorm and hail, the strong winds blow rainwater up the tiled roof valley, seemingly defying gravity. The black tiles, previously restored by ex-roofer with non-porous paint, cling to the raindrops. A gust of stronger wind sweeps the rainwater away from the drainage pipe. Rainwater accumulates around a roof tile, seeps through a crack and splashes into the mid of ceiling beneath the the valley.

A small hole ~50mm diameter, needs to be closed. A tall ladder would be required as it is a 3 level building.

Dear Justin we desperately would like you to replace some roof tiles on our roof where some branches have fallen and cracked the tiles. We have spare replacement tiles. Our bathroom had water on the floor this morning from the rain so it is urgent. Thanks, Karen
