Looking for someone to put insulation batts in external walls and ceiling today at Wilton. Brand new single storey house, 2.7 standard height. Insulation onsite. Around 247m2 of insulation.

Old roof insulation removed, roof space vacuumed and sanitised. Install new roof insulation. Property is a single level 3 bedroom villa that sits on a 170 sqm block so the villa is on the small side. I had an issue with rats and possums and have been inside the roof space a couple of times and noticed rat droppings everywhere. I have installed led batton lighting and a powerpoint inside the roof space for convenience. Would prefer a company that can also repair holes in roof sarking and block all pest entry points. Our house has suspended timber flooring with a subfloor. We need to install some polyester underfloor insulation. Our subfloor is quite accessible. The area that needs insulation is roughly 60-80 sqm.

There are about 8 windows and 2 sets of sliding doors all double glazed which have been installed badly and need someone to come in and redo insulation.
