I am after someone to supply and install underfloor insulation for a property approximately 14mx8m. Underneath house there is about 1x1.5m clearance from ground to floor.

Hi, I need an experienced handyman or insulation installer to supply and install underfloor insulation beneath a bathroom, which has active underfloor heating on top of a suspended timber floor. Access is from the crawl space underneath the house (~1350mm clearance). Scope of work: Supply & Install: Provide and fit High-Density (HD) R2.5 Polyester underfloor insulation batts to cover approximately ~4sqm (1.5m x 2.7m) . No Air Gap: Batts must be friction-fitted tightly and flush against the underside of the floorboards. Secure Support: The batts must be permanently secured against gravity using heavy-duty nylon strapping/webbing and stainless steel staples across the joists so they cannot sag over time. Clean Cuts: Neatly cut around any underfloor plumbing pipes or electrical conduits. Please quote a fixed job price that includes the cost of materials (HD R2.5 Polyester batts, strapping, staples) and labour.

Smell coming from roof cavity (attic space). Need cleaning, vacuuming and Sanitizing to kill mold and . some area's insulation may need to remove and replace.

I need someone to insulate and plasterboard/Gyprock my garage walls. The garage is currently used for storing boxes and goods, so I cannot take clear photos at the moment. There are around 2 and a half brick walls side that need to be covered. The main purpose is to: - Improve temperature control, as the room gets very hot in summer and cold in winter - Help reduce dust coming through - Help protect the storage area from pests - Make the walls cleaner and more suitable for storage The garage/wall area is approximately 5m x 5m. Our house has suspended timber flooring with a subfloor. We need to install some polyester underfloor insulation. Our subfloor is quite accessible. The area that needs insulation is roughly 60-80 sqm.
