I would like a quote for the following: we sourced rockwool batts already and have them at the building. The company who did our roof sent a guy to do half the job but could not finish the other half. We have about 100sq metres of roof needing insulation installed. I prefer to have someone with experience finish the job. The only real challenge is the roof cavity entry is narrow (about 1.6sq m)and the insulation batts have to be pushed up through. Happy to help move the large packages of insulation up to the entry point. Probably one day's work or less. There is no old insulation to remove.

We have an older home (traditional 70-80s brick build with timber floor joists). The structural flooring was timber floorboards where carpet was on top. Carpet was removed to show great timber floorboards which we kept exposed but its now freezing! Wanting a quote to get subfloor insulation under the house. Initial inspection may be required and would prefer you to order materials, however we can order the insulation rolls if better priced. Its only needed under half the house (4 bedrooms & a hallway ~8.5x10m).

It's a cold, drafty 13 yo McDonald Jones built house in Thirroul, 2515. I want all insulation fail spots identified and filled for every room from the loft space down. I would consider any advice on other solutions to fix any other gaps where heat escapes. Contact John.

Hi, I am looking for a quote to install insulation batts on the underside of my house as well as replace the roof batts. Currently there is nothing under the house. The space goes from standing to nearly crawling. Looking at the R2.5 underfloor insulation this would then be stapled in with insulation tape. Total floor area is circa 90sqm including the joists. In addition, i want the insulation in my roof redone. This would involve removing the current insulation and adding the new ceiling insulation. Probably R6 in the roof. I am able to provide the batts unless that is something you also will do and please provide cost on that. Please let me know any relevant experience / materials you would already have for the job. Eg staple gun for putting in the batts. In addition, if there is any further information that you need to provide a price? There are some photos below so you can see the area. Thanks

Small rectangular 3br house approx 80sqm easy access via manhole. Minimum R4.1 quality batts to be supplied and fitted.

Strip back plaster wall of bedroom and insulation. Clean and vacuum. Dispose waist.

Cover floor insulation in outdoor ceiling 32m2 approx Simple cover with FC or similar. No plastering or painting needed.

We have an ensuite and have noticed the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan is obstructed by some insulation, see photo attached. Need someone who is qualified to fix the insulation in that area so it is not obstructing the ceiling fan and if any insulation if unusable to remove. Just entered any budget.

Roofing insulation was moved and partly removed in one area during a renovation. The task is to tidy up what is there and fill in the gaps. I have 2 ‘bags’ of insulation already. A third might be require. End result being a nice tidy, complete and compliant insulation. Great access via attic ladder, lighting and good clearance in roof.
