I’m looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to complete a few maintenance jobs at the same property. Priority is the Franke rangehood light repair. Ideally, I’d like to have the other jobs completed during the same visit if time allows. 1. HIGH PRIORITY – Franke rangehood light * Franke slide-out rangehood. * The rangehood/exhaust fan is working normally, but the light is not working. * Please diagnose the issue and repair or replace the light/bulb/component as required. * This is the main job I need completed. 2. Bathroom shower re-sealing * Remove the old silicone along the floor-to-wall corners of the shower. * Apply new mould-resistant bathroom silicone. * Photos attached for reference. * Neat and waterproof finish required. 3. Gutter cleaning – lower priority * Clean the gutters along the lower/single-storey section only, as shown in the attached photo. * The property is a two-storey house, but I only need the gutters on the lower section cleaned. * The gutter is elevated, so appropriate ladder/access equipment will be required. * Remove leaves, dirt, grass and debris. * This is the lowest priority and can be completed last if time permits. * No need to clean the gutters on the upper/two-storey section. Requirements * Must have a valid ABN. * Invoice required after completion. * Please bring your own tools and standard materials. * Experience with rangehood repair, bathroom silicone sealing and gutter cleaning preferred. * Ideally, all jobs can be completed in one visit. Approximately 40 linear metres of aluminium gutter guard to install on a double-storey domestic house with a metal roof. I will supply the aluminium mesh. Installer to supply all other required fixings, tools and equipment. Gutters will be reasonably clean before installation. Mesh needs to be neatly and securely installed to provide effective leaf protection. Looking for someone with proven experience installing gutter guard, comfortable and properly equipped for working at heights, with appropriate ladders/access and safety equipment. Public liability insurance required and relevant experience with double-storey roof/gutter work. I have seen rats outside my home running over from our next door neighbours place,, and now I have started hearing them in the walls and roof of my house

The down pipe is a corner piece - it appears that it’s leaking from the top join at the guttering, and running down to the bottom of the pipe bend and dripping to the ground. Probably Needs new pipe corner and sealing up to stop the leak. It’s approximately 6 metres high. See photos

Loose gutter repair 6 meters

There’s a small hole in my roof that has started to leak with all the recent rain. Yes I know I need a new roof but that has to wait until spring/summer. I just need a temporary fix to get me through the next few months. House is low to the ground so roof is easily accessible with a ladder. Leak is right near the window pictured so the lower part of the roof.

Someone to get on the roof and drop a cleaning kit down my flue. Also, check the flue cap and see if it is blocked. Have cleaning kit from Bunnings, ladders, drills, etc. I'm at work during the day but my Sally is home.
