Shed screwed down through its 12 perimeter points PLEASE DON'T - Drill into floor, walls, ceiling or any pipe - Use rivets or sealant between shed and base — screws only, so it can be undone later - Cut vents in the panels - Use plain zinc screws against treated pine — hot-dip galv only WORTH KNOWING Manual needs a 6mm gap between doors before hinging. Check diagonals are square. Prefer to come over for measurements before starting the job. MATERIALS You buy them, keep the receipt, I reimburse in full on top of the task price. There’s a small hole in my roof that has started to leak with all the recent rain. Yes I know I need a new roof but that has to wait until spring/summer. I just need a temporary fix to get me through the next few months. House is low to the ground so roof is easily accessible with a ladder. Leak is right near the window pictured so the lower part of the roof.

Hi, I'm looking for someone with excellent reviews and a licenced roof contractor/plumber to fix a chimney flue leak on my roof and temporarily cap off the chimney also (as we don't use the fireplace for heating). It's just a minor leak inside but want to fix before it starts damaging the ceiling plasterboard internally. The property is located about 10min south of Huonville, and I'm flexible with when it's done so it could be booked in with other work you might have in the wider area.

The property is located approx a 12 min drive from Huonville. I will supply the Knopp R3.5 Earthwool Insulation Batts to the property. It would need to be installed Tues/Wed, 16-17 Dec as there'll be other works going on at the vacant house. The insulation would need placing on top of the existing insulation as a 'top up' (manhole for access inside the house), and care taken with the standard roof- space electrics/pipework and the solid timber flooring in the house.

Estimated around 70m2 of insulation to install over the top of existing insulation in my ceiling. It's about 10 packets worth of R4 earth wool. Looking for someone to help me out or to price installing the whole lot. Access is good through 2 manholes.
