Guttering repair as brackets have come away from timber

I want to install gutters and downpipes in my enclosed pergola with a color bond roof

On a short length guitar there is an obvious leak at one end. Water has leaked out and has pushed off some render in the underlying rendered wall. Needs to be cleaned, and repaired.

Repairs to guttering in 2 places: - 1 x corner (where walls meet) has broken on house - 1 x gutter pulling away from wall on the garage

Repair damaged gutters and repointing ridge as it has not been done for 20+ years

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached

Seeking Carpenter / Skilled Tradesperson – Fascia, Gutter & Eaves Replacement I’m looking for a reliable and experienced carpenter (or skilled tradesperson with similar experience) to assist with replacing fascia, guttering, and eaves on a full house. Work includes removal of existing materials and installation of new components. Must be confident working at heights, have a good eye for detail, and take pride in quality workmanship. There is no blockage but it’s leaking ..

Approx replace 3 metres of gutter (House 1973), add one down pipe.

Old gutters leaking in a few spots - rusted through I think. I can’t afford to completely replace at the moment. I assume that the cost will depend on what needs doing - hence my wild guess on budget.

I need a reliable and skilled carpenter/handyperson to repair a section of rotted timber fascia/rafter tail at the end of my roofline (see attached photos). The damage is localised but the timber is soft and needs to be cut out and replaced. Scope of work: • Cut back the rotted timber to sound wood. • Replace with treated pine/hardwood (scabbed/sistered onto existing rafter). • Replace fascia board section if needed. • Inspect gutter directly above, reseal any leaks with gutter silicone (or replace a small section if required). • Prime and paint new timber (I’ll supply paint if needed). Requirements: • Must have own tools, ladders, and safety gear. • Experience with carpentry/roofline repairs. • Provide materials (timber, fasteners, sealant) – I will reimburse or happy to pay if included in your price.
