Hi there. I'm looking for a handyman to clean the gutters at a 3-bedroom house in Salisbury Downs. At the same house, I also require the door seals repaired on a pair of french doors. See images. Thank you.

Gutter ends need extending past roof tiles & surrounding rain damaged wood needs repair. Rain pours from tiles where gutter has stopped. Possums have previously made access to roof which is now blocked. 2 corners of home accessible for repair.

Water leak due to wild weather yesterday. Gutters are overfilling and coming through cornice and beam ( previous room extension ). Need someone to diagnose and fix cause of water getting through as seems as though gutters are clean.

Need gutters at front and side of house cleaned. They are quite full due to a Jackaranda tree out the front. Rear gutters are not in need of cleaning.

There are no trees around the house, so the gutters would be primarily dirt. On the left side of the house, there is no sun and I can see something started to grow there, so that may need a little more attention. The house is 2013 build, standard 3 bed 2 bathroom

1) Need a main water hammer arrestor and get it installed. Pipe hammering occurs every time when taps are turned off. 2) install overflow on gutter to prevent gutter overfilling due to heavy rain. 3) Repair small pvc drain in front of house.
