We recently had the roof gutters and downpipes cleaned, and the handyman identified two issues that need repair: 1. The gutter at the back of the patio does not have the correct fall. It is currently too level, causing water to sit in the gutter instead of draining properly. The gutter may need to be raised or re-angled so water flows toward the downpipe. 2. There are rusted sections near the front of the roof that have formed a few small holes. These areas need to be inspected and repaired or replaced as required. I have moist in one of my bedroom in my home. I went on the roof can’t see where the water is infiltrating. Might be the gutter. We need assistance to replace the gutter at the back of the house. The picture attached shows the gutter which needs replacing. It is on the second storey of the house and is approximately 7-8meters in length. As a part of the replacement, we would be interested in getting a gutter guard installed. There is also a down pipe on the right side of the property that needs repair due to rust. Hi I need to replace the rusted end of a pipe leading to a drain. Pretty standard size and want a PVC attachment put on as a replacement.
