Roof gutters is damaged, need to fix it.

A section of guttering (highlighted in photo) needs to be replaced, as do two downpipes. Guttering and pipes, as well as a scissor-lift, will be supplied (access to downpipes is limited and will require high ladder).

I have 4 solar lights designed to fit gutters. I Require an experienced person to climb high on a ladder and install them.

I've got three gutter corner mitres dripping at my place in Mount Crosby. Standard Colorbond gutter and roof, about 15 years old, so the sealant is just at the end of its life. Nothing structural, no rust that I can see. Job is to clean out the old sealant and reseal the three mitres, or replace them if they're past resealing. One thing to know for quoting: the house is on a sloping block, so while it's single storey, two of the corners are at roughly two-storey height on the low side. Bring height access accordingly. We recently had the roof gutters and downpipes cleaned, and the handyman identified two issues that need repair: 1. The gutter at the back of the patio does not have the correct fall. It is currently too level, causing water to sit in the gutter instead of draining properly. The gutter may need to be raised or re-angled so water flows toward the downpipe. 2. There are rusted sections near the front of the roof that have formed a few small holes. These areas need to be inspected and repaired or replaced as required. Roof gutter need new drain pipe and levelling

I am looking for a painter to prepare and re-paint the guttering on my two story queenslander house, as well as two window ledges on the rear facade. From the red colour to colourbond deep ocean. It will require prep work- not just re-coating, as some of the paint on the gutters is visibly bubbling.

I need a tile replaced on single story roof. The tile is right under the ridge. So safely remove the cracked one and replace and then re cement with ridge. Also, i have damaged a part of gutter it was already rotting but i placed my ladder then made few dints on it and now it started leaking from there. Repair or replacement need to repaired

I have moist in one of my bedroom in my home. I went on the roof can’t see where the water is infiltrating. Might be the gutter. I called dozen of roofer but they don’t have time, it’s a small job and don’t want to bother. There is a stain on the ceiling as well. Recommended me Airtasker/ high page

We will like to do an inspection of those areas ensure everything is in working order. Recently we have also noticed some black patches appearing on garage floor after heavy rain . Not sure what cause of it. Can anyone fix that too. Attached some garage floor picture
