Basic details - Approx 15yr old 4 bedroom home, low set, grey colour bond roof with 16 solar panels. Can be seen on google maps. Tasks - 1. Roofing screws need to be replaced, roof and solar panels cleaned. 2. Some guttering and collection boxes on down pipes may need to be replaced. 3. 3x colourbond or Perspex panels need to be made and screwed around the edge of the fly over roof to stop water ingress. We are in no rush and are happy to work in with contractors time frame. Someone is home all the time, access is easy for quick site inspection if required.

Looking for a licenced carpenter/builder to quote & repair an existing rear patio attached to my house. Work required: -Replace several sections of rotten timber. -Remove and dispose of all existing corrugated roofing sheets. -Supply and install new roofing sheets with suntuf solar grey. -Supply and install flashing -Replace old gutter with new full length. Structure is approximately 10m long (estimate). Photos attached showing damaged sections.

Looking for a handyman or tradesperson to assist with a small job. I am installing decorative external cladding panels on the front of my house. Most of the panels have already been installed, however the final section is blocked by a downpipe. The downpipe does not need to be relocated. It simply needs to be lifted or adjusted enough for us to slide the final cladding panel underneath and complete the installation. We have already managed to lift part of the downpipe, however the final section appears fixed and we don’t want to force it and cause any damage. Photos attached showing the cladding and downpipe. Should be a relatively quick job for someone familiar with downpipes and external cladding.

Our garden shed roof needs replacing. It is leaking. The shed is about 3m wide and 4700 deep. See photos for what the shed looks like. Colour of iron roof sheets irrelevant. Gable roof. Wellington point location. Pricing tbc as ive only done a rough search on material pricing. So I understand labour is extra.

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.
