I have a downpipe I need installed on a 2016 BMW 320i with a B48.

Two split system air conditioners were installed at our property in Brunswick. At our request, the installer added a pump to each unit so the drainage water could be discharged on the rooftop, avoiding impact on our neighbours. While the solution works, the pumps are very noisy at night and are affecting our sleep. We would now like to: 1. Remove the existing drainage pump from each split system (2 pumps total) 2. Install an alternative external drainage solution that directs water to the exterior roof/downpipes You may keep the pumps which are basically new. Please see attached photos for reference. Remove dia 60mm downpipe and replace with dia 90mm x 2700mm length plus offset length into existing gutter.

A down pipe has been broken and either needs repair or replacement and I would like a quote for this job, thanks! Photos attached.

The top section of my black downpipe has rust and bubbling paint where it connects to the box gutter. Need someone to clean and treat rust, seal any leaks, repaint in matching colour, and ensure it’s secure. Easy access.

Downpipe needs to be fixed and secured to the wall. Also need to move entry point to drain as in middle of side passage at present.

Please note, this job is for after the 10/10/25 We have some rust damaged downpipes that require replacement and storm water solution required for one side of the house. Currently one of the pipes is draining into the soil via some bricks

Unblock downpipe and check lower roof for leaks

Need an existing downpipe relocated around the corner. Rainwater head stays where it is. The reason fo this is i am installing a pergola and the downpipe is currently an obstruction. See attached photo. Blue mark up is the pergola roughly. And the red mark up is how i want the downpipe to bend and relocate. After the pergola is complete i want to install a colorbond flashing at the top to cover a 30mm gap between the pergola frame and the exterior wall. The flashing will be 6.2m in length.

Rubber coupling on down pipe has loosened. Needs re fitting

Replace three existing downpipes on a single-storey unit with new PVC downpipes, ensuring full functionality and proper drainage upon installation (refer to attached photos).

As you can see from the picture, we had a down pipe replaced. I need a long piece of cladding or color bond secured to brick wall to cover pipe.

Downpipe has detached from gutter. Replace pop and downpipe, securing drainage into stormwater outlet at the base.

Unblock two down pipes at rear of property

Need downpipe installed to shed, 80mm pop to gutter, and connected to storm, photos attached for reference, approx drop 2m and over to storm approx 1m

Supply and install replacement gal downpipe. Photos attached show previous down pipe and current condition. Downpipe terminates in open drain below. Also need to remove some debris from room.

Down pipe has corroded and snapped in several places. It needs to be replaced

I removed an old water tank and now need to reconnect two parts of the downpipe. What makes it slightly harder is the need to preserve the small white power casing (in the middle of photo).
