I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. The scope of works includes: - Assessing and waterproofing the shower area to stop the leak. - Repairing water damage to the basement ceiling directly below the bathroom, caused by the shower leak. - Providing a detailed written quote outlining the required repairs and costs. The quote will need to be submitted to my strata manager for approval before any work can commence. Once approved, a suitable date can be arranged to complete the repairs.

Leak suspected in upstairs ensuite shower causing staining on bottom floor roof. Main bathroom shower also might have a leak as well so we want to have a dye test / check waterproofing levels for both showers. We would also like the pipes inspected as sometimes water comes up from the floor drain when washing hands in basin. Ensuite shower head constantly has slow drip if that can be fixed as well. We would like this done ASAP if possible or within the next few days as we want to stop any leaks before we have mould issues.
