Hi i have a bmw 328i eith the n20 engine. I have a catless downpipe and a new intercooler with piping that needs to be installed. I also have a GFB diverter valve that needs installation.

We live in a two story house that also doubles as an office down stairs and due to some gumtrees around the house we need to get the gutters cleaned. It’s quite dirty. Will probably take 1-1.5 hours. You will need to bring a ladder and safety equipment for the job.

I would like to hire somebody with experience to clean my solar panels on top of my two storey house.

I am looking for someone with experience in automotive trim or mechanics to fix the shark fin antenna on my Kia Sorento. I accidentally bumped the antenna against a garage door while reversing. There is now a small gap between the antenna base and the roof. The Task: • Access the antenna mounting bolt by partially dropping the rear of the interior headliner (lining). • Note: This car has a panoramic sunroof, so the headliner is rigid and needs to be handled carefully to avoid creasing. • Tighten the mounting nut to reseal the antenna against the roof. • Ideally, apply a small amount of automotive silicone sealant to ensure it is 100% watertight. • Ensure no damage to the headliner or the sunroof drainage tubes. Replace 10 ceiling tiles in office

The soffit and sarking beneath the roof eaves of my house has come loose and fallen down and needs to be replaced. The insulation layer has also been damaged and requires repair as well.
