Roof needs bed and pointing and a few tiles replaced

I have an awkward area of wall i need to paint but due to a disability need an able bodied person to safely climb a supplied ladder, and paint a 6-7sq metres area with paint I will supply. With supplied roller and supplied 3.6m fibreglass extender pole. 2-3m high wall. 6-7sq metres painting. 7-8 minutes work. Photo attached with area to be painted similar to that marked in green. On careful footing to not disturb surrounding roof. Once you are on the 2-3m high roof and painting there is no ‘fall’ area ie the area to be painted is surrounded by flat roof and 0.5m guard walls: no drop. I will supply and setup ladder paint and roller, you just paint a few sq metres and come safely come back down the ladder! Insurance and/or coverage via airtasker and your own policy. Preferably early morning eg 4-7am Saturday or Sunday Please enter the actual fair total price you will charge for the task. FYI the skill/work required for this task is not in the painting and a professional painter is not required. Simply an able bodied person comfortable with climbing and ladder-based height: the painting is secondary and extremely basic. I want metal gutter guards install which blend in with colourbond roof. Currently scaffolding is up. So we can save time and effort for installation we can do it in a week or so.

As all Mk6 Golf's tend to do eventually, I need the roof liner in my 2012 Mk 6 Golf R repaired. Lining itself is in great condition (car only has 70,000kms) but it has unfortunetly started to said from the rear cabin lights and surrounds. - Due date: Flexible

Need the current downpipe extended to near ground (approx 3.5m), and then the ability to attach a pipe to it - so can direct water on to lawn. Happy for PVC, no need for metal. Would like the current angled piece removed, so pipe goes straight down. It was like this because it previously feed onto a pergola roof (since demolished). This will be a fix for moment, but needs to be robust enough to over next month or two - serve as the incoming pipe into a small water tank. 2 other smaller jobs - (1) toilet: fix slight leak and loose water on/off fitting (moves freely - doesn’t turn off water) and (2) replace outside tap (just to simple, single tap only).
