There broken tiles in the picture need to be replaced ( I have the tiles) as shown in picture and gable end mortar point need to be touch up as shown in second picture. These are the pictures the inspector shows me but he asked to check all the tiles and gable end mortar see if there are any extra he didn't find. I will pay another $200 if you there are more. I received a report of roof exterior ( please refer to the attached the photo of the report). Need to fix the 2 problems: 1) broken tiles above the SE rear bedroom I believe only 2-3 tiles were broken ( I have tiles). 2) Gable end mortar pointing crack/ lifting, repair needed. I will pay for the materials. 3) clean the gutters ( the gutter at the back of the house already been cleaned) I am happy to pay $50 for job 1) , $50 for job 2), $200 for job 3 ).
