I need to install exhaust fans in two of my toilets. There is no exhaust vent so need to create the exhaust vents through to roof. I have tiled roof and it’s a two story townhouse. I need a cracked tile to be replaced and all the waterproofing to be done in the bathroom and at the kitchen sink. I’ve attached photos as a guide. Also need the floor shower tiles regrouted and shower wall tiles repaired. The previous waterproofing wasn’t done properly and has cause significant mould and leaks on the surrounding gyprock in photos if this can be repaired to please quote accordingly thanks.)

Gutter cleaning required

I think one of the cables has come loose from the booster, as i only get SBS channels. Either that or the booster needs repairing or replacing. Is someone able to assist me with this?
