Annual gutter cleaning of a double storeried house

I have a double story house that needs the roof gutters, down pipes and solar panels cleaned.

Existing colour bond shed requires modification as per the pictures attached. 1. New hole or opening 1.2m wide 0.30m height, with awning to keep rainwater out. 2. Two new holes or openings 7.5cm wide by 7.5cm height with awning to keep rainwater out. Job probably suitable for 2/3rd year apprentices or qualified roofers. All materials and uchannel flashing already onsite.

Kings grand tourer lite roof top tent mounting rails are too wide to fit onto my rhino racks. New x1 rail to be removed, then drilled and reinstall on base of tent in order to fit. (And plug old holes) Then to install RTT onto the roof racks of car.

I’m needing someone to install a Christmas display onto my tiled slopping roof. It’s a single level home with easy access. Must have experience and done similar before. This needs to be fixed securely to my roof incase of high wind / storms etc. Must have own tools as well.

A down pipe on one of corner which will need to cut concrete and run into pit, the span off the roof between 2 down pipes is over distance by a lot. It always overflow in heavy rain. Seal up small hole in existing gutter and clean out gutter.

My ensuite shower is leaking slowly but it is damaging my bedroom floor. Shower size is around 0.9 meter square. Please ask me any further question before you submit your quote . Install 3 units of 1.2m each driveway ramp using masonry bolts and joiners (available). Get your drill 10mm, hammer and other tools to bolt to the gutter. Quick job, should not take more than an hour.
