I am looking for an experienced handyman or roofer to replace the corrugated metal roof sheets on my backyard shed. The existing roof sheets are old and need to be removed and replaced with new corrugated/Colorbond metal sheets. The shed structure underneath appears to be in good condition, so the job is mainly removing the old sheets and installing new ones securely. Shed size: approximately 6 m (length) × 3.6 m (width). Job details: Remove existing corrugated metal roof sheets Supply and/or install new corrugated metal or Colorbond sheets Install roofing screws with rubber washers Ensure sheets are installed in the correct direction following the roof slope (from house side towards the fence) to allow proper water drainage Ensure sheets are overlapped correctly and secured properly Remove and dispose of old sheets if possible The roof is accessible from the backyard and is around 2.5–3 metres high, so it should be a straightforward job. If possible, I would also like to install roof sarking (insulation foil) under the sheets to reduce heat and condensation.
