Want to change house roof

We have a pergola off the back of our house. We have some translucent roof sheets that have come loose and are leaking. We would like these sheets replaced metal roof sheeting thanks.

Roof is leaky need someone to repair today

My Actron aircon unit in the roof starts leaking today. I am looking for someone to diagnose and fix this as soon as possible.

I noticed one of the roof tiles has slid down a bit, so I had to use a ladder to push it back into place. I think an electrician opened that section in the past and probably didn’t reinstall it properly, as the nearby tile doesn’t seem to sit flush. I want someone to remove and re-lay these tiles, along with a couple of the surrounding ones, to ensure they are properly seated. As part of this job, I’d like a full roof inspection to check for and fix any other loose tiles. I bought this property recently, and it passed a building inspection. A couple of tradesmen have been in the roof so I can’t be sure if all the tiles were put back properly. It is a single-level, four-bedroom house. I don’t mind gutter cleaning if that’s something you do, please mention it and quote accordingly.

Gutter needs to be cleaned

The side of the roof has come off.Which was screwed with some nails , so just need to refix. Also , the gutter has come off from the garage site , which needs a fixation.

I have a 3700 x 3700 patio and roof sheets that I need fitted. I have the following supplied: - 1 pack 65mm timber hex head screws with seals - 5 x roof sheets 4000mm long - 1x impact driver with suitable but You Will Need: - Ladder - Angle grinder or suitable sheet metal cutter - Gloves The sheets need to be cut down to 3700mm and installed on the patio frame with suitable overlap and caulking to gutter to prevent leakage. It would be amazing if it could be done today.

Roof started leaking yesternight stopped when I turned off the main tap. There was no rain so seems like a leaking pipe.

About 5 roof tiles have become loose. The task is to supply colour matching tiles and replace/re-cement the tiles. Task location is Mount Druitt.

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

I need someone to help me install insulation inside. A roof must be comfortable, comfortable being on a ladder.
