It also has no transition flashing. - To provide extra screws to the back skillion roof to eliminate gaps and prevent ingress. - To provide transition flashing to ensure water tightness. - To remove the chimney or seal the flashing and provide a cover to the opening, to prevent further ingress. - To clear the roof and gutters from debris. Happy to keep the chimney to avoid unnecessary cost.
