Small Plaster/Render Repair Around Window – Patch & Paint Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair one small damaged area around an apartment window, as shown in the photos. The damage occurred during a roller blind installation when a concealed plumbing pipe was accidentally drilled into. The plumbing repair has already been completed by a licensed plumber. The area is dry and only requires patching and cosmetic finishing. Scope of work: * Patch the small damaged area using suitable render, plaster or Gyprock. * Fill and sand flush with the existing surface. * Prime and paint to match the surrounding wall. * Leave a clean, seamless finish. Paint supplied by customer. All other materials and tools to be supplied by the tradesperson. Please provide a quote including labour and materials, along with your earliest availability.

Colour Acrylic Rendering needed to be applied to brick fence, approx 27m and both sides to be done.

Lay some bricks within the gap in the brick fence and finish the edge of brick wall with cement render. I recently cut the fence to widen the driveway. The cut section you can see in the photo now needs to be cement rendered to square it off. I expect it to be approx 25mm

Hello! We had the render on our porch fixed up and unfortunately there’s residue remaining which is very visible on the heritage tessellated tiles. Looking for someone who can remove it without ruining the tiles

Looking for an experienced renderer / texture-coating specialist to repair and blend several small patch areas on exterior rendered walls at my home in Botany. The drill holes have been filled and I had the paint colour ‘professionally matched’, however the repairs remain visible because the paint & texture didn’t match the existing rendered finish. I also have a physical piece/sample of the original textured coating available to help identify and match the finish. The job is to: * Prepare/feather the areas as required. * Match the existing fine rendered/acrylic texture. * Blend the repaired areas into the surrounding wall so it doesn’t look any different. * Touch up the repaired areas as required I am not looking to re-render or repaint the entire walls — the aim is simply to make the individual patches blend as closely as possible with the existing finish. There are approximately 15-20 small patches across the exterior wall where small holes have been drilled previously. Photos attached.
