Moving from a 2 bedroom apartment from Pascoe to a double story house in Pascoe Vale. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is lift access. I believe a medium to large truck will do. The items that need to be moved are: Super king bedframe & mattress, washing machine, dryer, cat tower, cat wheel, 2 desks, 2 gaming chairs, exercise bike, coffee table 65 inch TV, 50inch Tv, 2x tv units(cube shelves from IKEA), hallway table, 15-20 boxes, 2x ikea chest of drawers, & 3 barstools and a makeup vanity. Extra care needs to be taken with the TV’s and furniture which is why it is crucial that you have all the necessary protection equipment including protective wrap for the desks & couch to limit damage in moving. The bed will need to be disassembled and reassembled. We pick the keys up around 9:30 and complete the condition report so I need someone who is available to start at 12pm. This I estimate to take around 3-4 hours due to the lift slowing us down. The distance between the properties is less than 5 minutes. I currently do not have photos but will take some soon.
