I’m looking for 2 people to help move furniture within the same apartment complex on Saturday, 29 August. I am moving from Building B (Level 2) to Building A (Level 8). The buildings are a short walk from each other within the same complex. There are no stairs involved and both apartments are accessible by lift. No moving truck is required. The lifts are booked from 10:00 am–12:00 pm. This is a fixed booking, so the move must be completed within this time. I have 2 marble bedside tables that I need moved upstairs and into a bedroom. They are super heavy - I can’t find exact weight online but google estimates 35kg and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was more than that. Pics attached of dimensions of the items and the stairs. Whilst there’s plenty of room to carry them, the 18 stairs are a little steep/shallow. I feel like this is a 2 person job and I can’t help because I have a prosthetic leg. Ideally you have insurance in case something goes wrong!
