Balcony access is clear. Bottom of balcony 330cm from floor, top rail of balcony 430 from floor. Sofa comes in 2 section with the largest section being 160x108x57cm. We can either take them out of the 2 boxing to lift up or keep them in. I can help out, just need an extra 2 pairs of hands for 20 mins to complete it.
