I have an old wooden desk that can only be moved through a window. It's not particularly heavy - it just won't fit through the hall so needs to be lifted out through a large window and then moved in to the front of the house (if weather is good might just leave it outside the front door). Also a bulky single seat sofa bed just move through the hallway to the front. Just an hour's work I can't lift on my own - need 2 people. It's basically Fairfield (that corner of Northcote). If you're flexible might be a few more things to add to the need to move but that's all for now.
