Our tenants will be vacating from our furnished apartment located in Windsor (Melbourne) on the 15th December. We require a an experienced individual to: 1) Meet the outgoing tenants for a handover of keys 2) Undertake a property inspection to assess the cleanliness and any defects 3) Confirm the inventory list and the condition of items 3) Take photos of each room and an overall walkthru video (normal phone camera is fine) 4) List any defects/recommendations to us prior to the new tenants. 5) Confirm the keys (and how many) for access AND on the 16th December meet with the new tenants, handover of keys and complete and inspection report. In total, we assume 1 hours of onsite work on the 15th December and 30 minutes of onsite work on the 16th. Communication best by WhatsApp.
