I need someone to conduct live video walkthrough property inspections for me and also take & send me photos, videos, sometimes some measurements and list of issues to fix/address. It is important that you are punctual, reliable, can follow instructions & ask questions if anything is unclear. You need to communicate openly and directly via phone, text etc. There are a couple in coming up Morley and some in other suburbs that I need to schedule asap. I do have someone lovely on my team but need another to help ensure I can cover different times and locations as inspection times can be inflexible. Budget depends on location / travel distance and number of inspections / time required. I have put $100 as an arbitary figure as it depends so much on location and number of properties etc - normally I pay around $50 per hour including travel time plus $10-20 each way for petrol depending on distance - if there is only one property I pay a minimum of $80.
