Trying to move interstate and need someone to inspect a rental property on my behalf. Inspection is 13:40 27th April in South Yarra, Melbourne Ideally would like someone to take pics/video and give feedback on the property.

Each Saturday morning, we need real estate pointer boards placed on corners directing traffic to our open homes. We also put flags on the signs out the front of the property. I will produce a list of the properties, how many boards are needed per property, what corners and what time slots need to be put out. We'd like the boards to be stored with you during the week. We like the boards to be out before 7am and picked up from 5pm. We sell properties from Frankston South to McCrae. However, most commonly is Mount Eliza, Mornington and Mount Martha. We don't always have the same number of boards/properties, so we want to create a structure that is fair to both of us. An initial thought is an up-front fee of $40 and then $10 for every property on top. We typically have between 3 to 7 properties open. This would be x2 as we want them put out and brought in. What you will need: - A van, ute or large car to neatly stack all the boards. We use Endurosign A-Frames so they are bigger than some others and take up more space in the car. - A storage area to keep the boards during the week - A willingness to clean boards if they are made dirty from poor weather, etc. - A friendly attitude as you will be seen by the public, representing our brand :)

I need someone to attend an apartment inspection for me on Albert Street (Brunswick East) on Wednesday the 28th of February from 3:55pm – 4:10PM. I am interstate at the moment and cannot attend the inspection in person.
