We are looking for a reliable, well-presented person local to Townsville to simply attend and host occasional open homes on our behalf on Saturdays. This is NOT a sales role and no real estate experience is required. The job mainly involves: - Arriving 10–15 minutes early - Opening the house for inspections - Greeting people as they arrive - Collecting visitor names and phone numbers - Letting people walk through the property - Locking up afterwards - Sending us the contact details and a quick summary of attendance The homes are already listed online and enquiries are already being managed by us. We simply need someone local to physically open the homes and be present during inspections.
