My toilet next to the extended GYM room got blocked most likely by tree roots. When the previous owner did the extension for the GYM room, he paved the inspection point for that toilet which makes this whole task more time-consuming and complicated. Home is 10 years old. For whatever reason I or 2 small leaks have started in plumbing joints under the sink/basin in the ensuite. Doesnt appear to need any new parts. Just re positioning/tightening. Plumbers tape? Had a go myself but don't have tools to disconnect downpipe from sink where biggest leak is occurring.

I need of a plumber who can come out ASAP today to fix the outdoor tap as it has rusted, come off the wall and has a little dent in it causing leakage.
