Need a handyman to remove old mixer tap from kitchen sink and install new one that I’ve bought from Bunnings.

Kitchen flick mixer tap is loose, needs tightening

I have a little bit of rust on my flexi hoses in my bathroom sink. I would like to have the hoses replaced with new ones. I have a few questions first: 1. Does the entire tap mixer need to be replaced or just the hoses? 2. Will need a licensed plumber with a current and valid ABN.

The sliding bathroom door has become very hard to open and close again. It was previously repaired and worked smoothly for a while, but now it’s difficult to slide once more. It might be a problem with the track, rollers, or door alignment. Looking for someone to inspect and fix it. The bathroom sink mixer tap leaks whenever the handle is in the middle or right (cold water) position. It only stops leaking when turned fully to the left (hot water). Likely needs the internal cartridge replaced. Looking for someone to inspect and fix or replace the cartridge.

Our standard, single lever, mixer kitchen tap needs to be replaced. The spout section is sticking to the lever section when it swivels instead of acting independently as it's designed to. Otherwise, the tap works fine. I am looking for a plumber to both supply and replace the tap fitting. The bid price should include the cost of the replacement tap fitting.

Plumbing for new tap and sink install dishwasher inlet / outlet. New cabinet and easy access to pipes below for redirection. I have the Mixer tap, hoses, hot and cold shut off taps. I’m looking for someone to help unblock our toilet at our place. We believe the blockage was caused by paper towels being flushed down while cleaning the toilet with cleaning products.
