Instal a new kitchen flick mixer tap (supplied by me) to replace an existing one.

I have the replacement tap I just need someone to remove the old one and install the new one.

I have a Sinkple Yosemite kitchen sink with a built-in dial/control system that is leaking. I am looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to: Disconnect and bypass the existing Sinkple control unit under the sink Install a new standard kitchen mixer tap Connect the new tap directly to hot and cold water supply The current system is an inline unit (not hard-plumbed), so the job involves removing it from the water flow and installing a normal mixer. Important: This is a bypass + install job (not repair) New tap will be supplied (standard 1/2” connections) Existing plumbing appears standard (braided hoses) Access is easy under the sink Please only apply if you have experience installing mixer taps and are comfortable modifying/removing existing systems. Photos show standard under-sink plumbing and current setup — looking to simplify to a normal mixer tap.

I need to install a new bathroom vanity and I need the plumbing done to accommodate a new mixer tap and also the drain pipe needs to be moved 15cms to the right of the existing drain ( I am looking at doing this by adding a couple of elbows in the base of the vanity which is 20cms in height).

Shower mixer tap is dripping. I believe it needs the cartridge replaced, but the grub screw on the handle may be a bit stuck, Allen key removal is not working. Looking for someone to replace cartridge which I will pay for once I find out which one I need to buy. Located in Balcatta. Flexible with time, but weekends and after 4pm preferred.

New Shower head in bathroom continues dripping water periodically after use and turning off. Also water changes temperature drastically between hot and cold without touching the taps as too hot to touch.

Shower head is leaking, it either needs to be fixed or replaced. If it needs to be replaced, you'll have to go to Bunnings to get a new one (there is a bunnings just 4km away from my house)

Two showers: 1 Shower, needs valve seat replacing, not sure if one or both, shower keeps leaking, have had washers replaced and was recommended previously 2nd shower leaking, not sure might be washer

My shower head has just started leaking. It’s not at the wall join or in the shower handle. It’s just the showerhead leaking. I’ve soaked the shower head so it’s not that. It’s probably the o ring or something in the wall that needs changing. 🤷‍♀️

Toilet is not working. Originally it wouldn't refill with water. I tried to diagnose the issue and snapped a plastic component of one of the valves in the process. Need someone to please replace damaged / faulty parts so the toilet works again. Plumbing qualification not required, as long as you know what you're doing! Required to be completed before 3pm 31st December when we are having friends come around. Can be completed today (30th), tomorrow morning or tomorrow (31st) early afternoon at the latest. I will pay for the cost of the replacement parts separately. Thanks!

I require a plumber or handyman to fix the flush button on a toilet. It’s current flushing by itself or not at all when you push the button. I also have a sink in the kitchen that requires repairing. Not sure if it’s blocked or the open mechanism is broken. No water is exiting the sink.

The float seems to be loose somehow as the water just keeps filling into the toilet from the cistern (this has been happening for a while and we have just been turning the water off at the tap on the wall). But as of today, when we try to turn it off at the wall, the tap just keeps turning around and around and wont turn off at all.
